Customer service is awful. There were two servers and a few patrons the servers made no attempt to acknowledge customers who walked in. You can stand at the counter and be completely ignored.Cold stone, on the other hand, also in Chino Hills, is a whole other world. Regardless of how busy the place is, and it can get very busy, staff take the time to acknowledge new customers (and their ice cream is real ice cream). View all feedback.

I scream you scream we all scream for Ice cream especially during the spooky season! Flavor of the month Apple cider donut and it's good! The staff here is always super sweet and patient. They have deals that generally generate business and they handle it so well. They decorate for the season and it's Halloween decor. I got a 2 scoop sundae for their bogo deal and it was delicious.
Super clean Baskin robins , friendly staff. I have been her 3 times already and service was always quick. They do have a lemon ice cream that is lactose free and they also carry a lactose free mint chip for those who can't have dairy but still want ice cream!My kids favorite are the cotton candy and bubble gum (which has really pieces of bubble gum). This location is also giving back on the think n local app which is nice and that's also why I like to come here to support the groups on the app.Great experiences overall.
I love this place. Always nice employees and clean. Great scoops for the price and always have great deals depending on the day of the week.
It has been awhile since I have been to baskin robbins, and I decided to go with a couple of my friends to see if it still was as good as I remember since I was a kid. Not only was the ice cream DELICIOUS but the two girls working the day I came in, Malia and Monique were very sweet and friendly, and on top of that the place was very well cleaned and organized, would highly recommend and I think I'll be coming back for seconds!!!
