Junction
Description
Nestled in a remote area, this highly praised restaurant offers an array of flavorful dishes, including standout fry bread, Navajo tacos, and hearty biscuits and gravy. While some flavors may not impress all diners, the generous portions and reasonable prices make it a popular choice. The atmosphere is cozy with ample seating and Covid precautions in place, though some patrons noted the closeness of cleaning activities during meals. Service is generally friendly and prompt, especially during less busy times. Whether you seek authentic Navajo cuisine or familiar Pizza Hut options, this eatery proves a worthy dining destination.

We just moved here a week ago and have been looking for a Saturday bunch place. Since we are truly 2 hours from any real civilization we thought we were out of luck. The Junction is going to be our place. With a large variety of things to choose from, it 's pretty easy to find something you will enjoy. From home style dishes, to Navajo foods to Pizza Hut pizza all in one sit down restaurant. Our Server Herbert was very attentive, with 3-4 stops over the hour for drink refills. With so few places to choose from you may have a short wait during regular meal hours, but our stop at 6:30 had us seated in a matter of minutes. Watch out for the banana split, it 's HUGE! Enjoy your meal! Jeff L-8 Google Guide
Stopped here for dinner after visiting Canyon de Chelly. I ordered their lamb stew and it was very tasty. Lots of soup for one serving! The bowl was almost overflowing. Loved the fry bread. The paper placemats at each seat are great for doodling on while waiting for your food; Kid-friendliness: They brought a coloring page kids’ menu and a small pack of crayons to each child in our group.
Pretty generic overall. Not really worth the price, but it's not like there's much better in the area.
