What JBVOIGT doesn't like about Village Scoop:
the WORST SERVICE I have received in a long time. Came in with my 7 grandkids and 9 adults, all of whom bought a $4.50 dish of ice cream, only to be rudely ordered to quickly order and move on. There was no one else in the shop and half the intended fun of visiting this outrageously expensive shop was selecting from the multitude of flavors. What a sad disappointment. View all feedback.

Every time I go to Chimney Rock I go here as well. Hands down this is my favorite ice cream shop! No competition! The staff is also always friendly. The owner, who is almost always there as well, is also the sweetest person (pun intended since it is an ice cream place).
Love this ice cream store! There are SO MANY FLAVORS!!! you will not be disappointed. The woman who owns it is super nice! Reasonably priced , worth the stop for the many flavors they offer! She also has diary free options
Very large selection of ice cream. The malt and raspberry sorbet were the best!
Large selection of ice cream to pick from. Prices are reasonable. Quality of the ice cream is great! The peach ice cream was some of the best I have had! It even had peach slices in it . They also have sugar free and vegan options available. Staff are super friendly and the place was spotless!
