Dairy Queen - Chilton

I will never bring my money back to this DQ. I have stayed away because of the quality and slowness. Today I tried again and regret it. The place was slow, inside and out. I was the only car in drive thru when I ordered. I ordered a cheeseburger and fries. 25 minutes of sitting by the back door, I went in for a refund. My food was sitting there, waiting for who knows how long. Staff was nice but didn't care. Never asked, just refunded and walked away. I am patient but not when it is this slow.

The food is always great. One of the managers were very loud inside talking down to her working staff in back. I wouldn't want to come in to work there.

We are currently the only car in the drive through and it’s already been 30 minutes for 2 sandwiches… still waiting ?

Took 45 minutes for my food and the amount I paid was definitely not worth it. Food was cold by the time I got home.

I dont remember the last time I was able to get a moolatte here it has been quite awhile not for my lack of trying especially within the last month I have tried 4 times they never have them. For better service and the food you want drive the extra bit and go to brillion dq
