This was my 2nd time and I loved it even more. I took the whole family along for my sister-in-law's birthday. We had the pizza that was out of this world, great crust. Gnocchi, ravioli ... everything is so fresh and delicious. John, the owner, is a real gentleman and knows how to take care of his customers and the server we had that evening. The diners were quite loud and rude. The lobster dumpling had no discernible lobster, and the peach dessert also lacked much peach flavor. The scallops were prepared decently. One table behind us was dropping the F-bomb repeatedly, and a young woman at a nearby table was shouting her part of the conversation, which we could hear from the parking lot. Impeccable food ambience

I have never had a bad meal at The Outermost Inn. My husband and I live on the island and The Outermost Inn is our favorite restaurant. I commend the staff for doing so much with less help. People who visit the island have no idea how difficult it is the find employees this year. Kudos to the staff!!!!! Service: 5 Location: 5
Unbleaveable place! Service was excellent
Delicious food, great service and spectacular view of the lighthouse. They are pretty good with updates on their menu and working hours on Instagram. Also open pretty much year around.

We enjoyed a fantastic meal at this restaurant. The service was outstanding and the food was delicious! I highly recommend this place and will definitely return in the future.
The service at this restaurant is outstanding, with a wide variety of delicious comfort dishes and a large selection of regional Italian wines. The atmosphere is welcoming and cozy. I have visited this restaurant four out of the past five times in the last two years.
The pasta, atmosphere, and service at this restaurant were all excellent. I have already suggested this place to numerous friends. We will definitely be returning to sample the pizza!

Perfect experience! The Fettuccine Carbonara were probably the best I've ever had. The service was attentive and friendly - even though the place was busy. Absolutely to suggest!
