Sarabellas Gluten Free Café - Feedback

What User doesn't like about Sarabellas Gluten Free Café:
I was very underwhelmed with their food. We had sandwiches and nachos. I expect the bread the be great when it’s a dedicated gf bakery but the bread wasn’t very good. It tasted like frozen rice flour bread you can buy in any grocery store. Their salad dressing was very good and the staff were friendly and helpful to answer all my questions. sarabella mixes her own gluten-free flour and there is absolutely no wheat flour in the facility. I bought suppe, cookies and cakes from sarabellas, and my man (the celiac) never had a reaction. as well, while other gf bakers fight to get the right texture for baked goods, sarabellas seems to have perfected it.
