Original Joe's is in many ways a typical pub type restaurant. It is dark and atmospheric but fortunately was not filled with blaring music or sports bar tv's. Our waitress was fantastic. She was prompt in taking our order and returned to the table frequently to ensure everything was okay without being intrusive. What User doesn't like about Original Joe's:
Their "Tractor Nachos" have shrunk. No where near as large or good as they once were. Too Bad :( but their 1/2 price bottle of wine night is still a good deal, I just have to eat something else now View all feedback.
Excellent service. Fish n chips were very good Huge serving of ribs. Busy place even on a Tuesday but no wait.

I couldn't tell if they were going for fine dining or a rowdy sports bar. The prices said one thing, the atmosphere said another.I tried a couple of different times, and I couldn't find anything redeeming about it.If they were going for fine dining the sound level needs to about a fifth of what it was and they need to get rid of all the TV's, if they are going for sports bar they need to drop the prices and stop skimping on things like rice and potatoes.
Overall OJ's is usually a very good choice. good selection of food dishes, happy hour drinks and friendly service. Butter Chicken & chicken strips are great! the wings are also very tasty. staff usually notice the regulars and welcome you back.only downside is that sometimes the cooks are not all consistent on how they cook the dishes, but not a big problem. Brenda is awesome!
