We had a group and 5 people could not sir with us they were a couple of tables away but still had to pay the mandatory 18 tip that is charged for tables over 5. Service was not worth an 18 tip, but it's not fair to the waitress as she has to tip out to back staff on cost of food not tips received. Food is good but I can get good food better service and no mandatory tip elsewhere. View all feedback.

Food was good. Service was horrible. Not enough staff. The place was dirty. We wont be going back.
We were in Chilliiwack for the kids soccer game decided to stop at this coras for lunch today. Worst experience. Not only did they leave us standing at the door for almost 10 minutes before even acknowledging our presence but when they finally did they proceeded to tell us it was a long wait time for the kitchen essentially wasting our time. We observed exactly why....every single employee was moving as slow as molasses. We witnessed a customer get assigned a table for herself her kids but the customer had to clean their own table even had to go retrieve their own menus. Another customer who stood at the door with us for almost 10 minutes was there to pick up an online order. They only acknowledged her presence when I spoke up. After having our time wasted seeing the horrible service how customers were required to clean their own tables we left pissed off ate somewhere else.
Upon arrival, we watched as the employees all kind of looked at each other for a while, while tables were empty. So we sat ourselves, highly recommend this.Then after a grumpy busboy cleaned our table, we received every menu in the restaurant for our table of 7. Seriously, we were given like 12 menus LMAO.It took a solid 45 minutes to get our food, however, that's understandable and the food was good. One of our friends had his order messed up, and then they forgot the bacon. We watched multiple people line up and leave, we watched people sit down and then leave because they didn't get service at their table.The food was alright, our server was good but she isn't Wonder Woman, she was holding it down herself. Someone needs to manage this business and not rely on their employees to run the restaurant. It was baffling, the tables were all dirty, with no one sitting at them. They had a full restaurant and their line up killed it. Within 30 mins people literally walked out.Side note, we watched one lady wait for her order for 30 minutes. She called her order in, and paid for it ages ago and stood there waiting.Then when it came time for the bill they were quick in getting it all done. Just took a long time to get the bill. That was a 1.5 hour breakfast experience from start to finish.Seemed like they're understaffed and need a manager on site to help move things along.
Servise was awsome young lady did awsome job, I've eaten at many of the restaurants when I was working in Alberta and was sadly disappointed in the quali tried this place again after a couple years worst service good cold won't be back home sick from food poison
