We were seated quickly. Food was good and the waitress took extra effort to make sure we had all we needed. Would go back again for sure! Dragon calamari was fantastic. View all feedback.
What Carrie James doesn't like about Red Lobster:

I was craving crab legs, so this was our only option in Chillicothe because we didn't feel like making the drive to Columbus. We waited approximately 10 minutes to be seated. I think the hostess may have been on break or the kitchen was short staffed and she was helping back there. Our server was ok. You could tell she was tired or just didn't want to be there. My BF ordered popcorn shrimp but that's not what he received. Instead he received basic fried shrimp. I questioned it when she sat down the plate and she informed us they were out of the popcorn shrimp. It would've been nice to know before hand.My crab legs and lobster was cooked well and delicious and satisfied my craving. There was another server vaping in the restaurant, which was not a great thing to see.
Ordered crab legs…I have a broken arm…didn’t realize how challenging it would be to crack them open..the server offered to help! Got gloves on and cracked them for me!!! The best!!!
We,ve been going to the Chillicothe Oh. Red Lobster for about 30 years now, and I have to say it 's really gotten pitiful. The portions are smaller, the prices are getting rediculous, and, what 's the deal with the slivers of fish? They now charge an extra $2.49 for a salad, which USED to come with the meal, and it 's about time to start bringing your own drinks. The cheese sticks are basically tasteless mush, the scallops are now not much better, and the baked potatoes have been smaller for a long time. It 's pretty bad when you can get just as good of a meal from Captain D 's for half the price. It must be company-wide because we ate at the Winter Haven, Florida establishment a month and a half ago with our family and it was the same thing. My father-in-law refused to even eat his fish slivers . Anyway, I guess, like some of our friends and family have said, it 's time to let it go and find another place for our go to . By the way, it cost my wife and I over $63 the other day, no appetizers, no drinks , and we ve decided no more ! Red Lobster, if you want to raise your prices, fine, but at least keep the same quality AND quantity of food! Well, thanks for the memories, but we re done. Well, I just looked at some of the other reviews, and APPARENTLY there is a GLARINGLY obvious issue with the Chillicothe, Oh.store. Like I said, it 's NOT what it used to be.
Great food it was packed and it didn't take that long to get our food.
The waiter was excellent! Food was great as always!
