The service is not bad but I think it could improve, especially the time for waiting for orders, sometimes they tell you 4 minutes and you have to wait more than 10-15 minutes but the rest is fine, Pizza Hut is always the best option for a good family View all feedback.
What petting zoo doesn't like about Pizza Hut:
Pizza Hut in general seems to be on a decline, although this is a newer location it is definitely scaled down not only in service and quality but in size as well. View all feedback.
The door dasher was great but Riley who took my order was more in a hurry to get me off the phone she screwed my order up. When she answered my call I gave her my info and then proceeded to say I would like to order 10 cheesy bread sticks and a large stuff crust meat lovers . I got the pizza but no bread sticks. I tried to call back and was on the line for 20 minutes with no one answering, so I hung up.

Pizza has changed from my favorite but it's still good. I just miss the inside being big enough to have parties and such.
So let me say this first your website is trash! No one wants to take an hour to order a pizza load this ask that too much to go through, next let me say that when I have a issue with my pizza I expect to be able to talk to someone locally not a call center who did not cook or handle my pizza ! And I don’t want to be put on hold forever by the call center either! Now, to the order Triple treat with two pizzas, one cheese sticks, as well as a chocolate chip cookie, for the price to feed a big family you would think it would be a major customer order and checked and handled with care. Not this order the pizzas were rushed so bad it was burnt around edges and raw in the middle with hardly any toppings, the cheese sticks (bread) was burnt so bad it could have broken a window ! Now come on this is not okay! The cookie is so hard it will not cut it crumbles and I don’t remember ordering from crumble cookie ! Get it together! Worst pizza worst customer service! Cute box though! I’ll gladly send pictures and videos upon request!Update!! I have tried to reach out to Pizza Hut as well as emails to email listed below with no response or resolution!
Pizza hut used to be my favorite pizza and now it's cardboard and the toppings are less than mediocre.
