New Grand Buffet - Chillicothe

The food at this restaurant isn't bad; in fact, I actually enjoy it a lot. However, my issue lies with their dishonest billing practices. They consistently overcharge me and act as if I won't notice. I usually end up paying an extra $5 or so. Once, I had to use a different card because I didn't have enough funds, and they lied about the amount taken off. My total was $32.80, but they claimed they only took off $27, even though the full bill was $31.80. Later that day, I checked my card, and all the money was gone. I wouldn't mind if they were upfront about the charges instead of lying. It's nice to tip, but I'm glad I didn't that day.

The food and service were outstanding. The place is very clean and the prices are quite reasonable.

I live in Cincinnati, and for $18 to $20 on Sundays, you can find buffets that offer 10 to 12 different food stations, including crab legs and crawfish. Plus, there's plenty of space to walk around and a large, busy hibachi grill—much larger than what I encountered here. I've had a couple of really enjoyable experiences at the Chinese buffet in Washington C.H. The staff there is friendly and makes an effort to engage with you, and the food is fantastic. That’s what true hospitality feels like!

Went for lunch. Food was actually really good. It was fresh and hot. Had a good variety to choose from and we had the nicest waitress. Made us feel very welcomed. And the price is a bargain for what you get. Will be back.
