Mcdonald's - Chillicothe

It was a very different experience. As I sat down and started eating my meal. Grimace was in the restaurant, which I did not see him at first. Well, anyways Grimace rushed to my table, then reached out and stole my sandwich. At first I didn't think much of it but after thinking a second I knew he was up to no good. He ran behind the counter and acted like he did nothing wrong. I jumped up and rushed to the counter. I asked for a manager, who was on the phone at the time. I did not hesitate to take action. I jumped over the counter and started beating the hamburger out of that creepy looking monster. Now it's safer to go in there and enjoy my meal. Grimace is now part of the menu.

Very fast friendly. Each employee serves with a smile polite compliment I love this McDonald’s ! I wish each McDonald’s had there hospitality and costumer’s service skills thank you western ave McDonald’s ??

This McDonald’s is always so clean and well taken care of. Fresh cut flowers were even placed today by the drink station ? I hope they don’t remodel this one to match the new horrible closed off dark looking establishments.

I would like to be able to post a picture. I got a fish sandwich and it was a hot mess! All the sauce was in the box. The fish was halfway off the bottom bun and the top bun was clear off to the side. Seriously Mc D . Train your staff!
