I was quite disappointed to find that my "famous bowl" only contained four pieces of chicken, and the chicken itself was tough and full of gristle. On a positive note, the service was quick and efficient.
Worst Chicken establishment around.. Stay Clear.
The dining room is typically closed to the public, except for mobile order pickups. I can't comment on the daytime staff, but in the evenings, I've encountered only one pleasant employee—a woman with dark hair—who actually engaged with me and seemed friendly. However, I had a strange experience one night last summer when I entered the restaurant and found it completely empty, with no staff members inside. I was there to pick up an order that wasn't ready yet, while it appeared that everyone was outside smoking, which I hope were cigarettes. Overall, this place is a bit quirky at night.
Pot pie was great. The chicken was petite.
I had a terrible experience at this restaurant. The food was cold, and when I called the staff to express my concerns, they were extremely rude. They insisted that the food was hot when it clearly was not. I am very dissatisfied with the service and everything else. The tea tasted stale, and all the food seemed to have been sitting out for too long, which upset both my stomach and my mom's. When we tried to address the issue, they refused to help us, claiming that the food was piping hot upon delivery and that one of the employees even said it was burning her fingers. Please be cautious when placing your orders, as they will not take responsibility or replace your items if there is a problem.
