Hibachi Express - Chillicothe

First time I?d ever eaten here, I ordered sushi for my birthday. It was absolutely phenomenal. The fish was tender and so fresh. The cashier was so nice and patient with me while ordering lol we got the eel nigiri, salmon nigiri, and tuna nigiri. We also got a Philly roll, California roll and the black pearl roll. It was all absolutely delicious! Will definitely order again!

Delicious, a little pricey but still good. But there is already 2 other hibachi places and can't help but to feel this place would kill it if they served more than hibachi. I mean there isn't a decent ramen place even remotely close to chillicothe so I can't help but to think maybe change the name to Japan express or something similar and serve more foods native to Japan like onigiri, tonkatsu, ramen, curry, tempura and maybe even western style japanese cakes. If they served ramen I'd definitely order from here WEEKLY! Still though Hibachi Express is very good and well worth the money, I just feel there not going into their full potential.

Bring back the Bejing Beef. That one should never leave the menu. It is why I eat at your place.

Literally worst service ever! Employees are always complaining about doing any work. Never can get an order right, always have to triple check it no matter drive thru or carry out. And this trip, found a mysterious burnt pepper in the dried out rice. Dont know which is worse, the Quality of service vs value of food. Not much interest of returning by this point.

The food was enjoyable and served piping hot. The bowl and plate were both clean and of excellent quality. The crab rangoon and egg roll were packaged separately and arrived warm and fresh. The only small drawback was the absence of sweet and sour sauce for the rangoon. Other than that, it was a very pleasant experience overall.
