Was here when they opened and tried it, it WAS pretty good just overpriced and I could live with that but in the short time they’ve been in our town the prices have increased more times than I can remember, the quality has gotten worse and worse, and the workers are underpaid on top of it all because corporate thinks paying $13.50 is acceptable because of tips and the 1 free meal on the clock. And I mean I’d understand maybe a restaurant where people dine in like Olive Garden, but in a place where the employees spend 99% of the time behind the counter making the food, people don’t feel as enticed to tip and that burden is left on the employees, Not cool.Dietary restrictions: They address food allergies/ any changes you want to make to the food very seriously you can basically make anything you want.
It's 5 guys. They have exceptional food and outstanding service. Every time my family goes, the food quality and consistency is above par.Parking: There are dozens of parking spots with a side lot that 5 guys uses almost exclusivelyKid-friendliness: Children are fully welcome and have every accommodation needed for all ages.Wheelchair accessibility: Both public access doors have wheelchair ramps right where they are needed. There ard no automatic doors, however the walls are glass and you can be easily seen for assistance.
We were passing through and wanted a quick bite to eat. We had originally stopped at Steak-n-Shake but it looked busy. App said Five Guys was a few blocks up the street and not busy. Girl taking order was very friendly and professional. I got a cheeseburger didn 't realize a slice of cheese cost $1.20! .Wife got hamburger and we got regular order of fries. Wife asked for lemonade and girl said it was available on their machine. I got a Green tea and wife tried to get lemonade but all 4 said ' unavailable ' so she tried Root beer- no luck! Actually now I don 't remember what she settled on. Our experience was mostly good but I really didn 't think that a cheeseburger, hamburger, fries and a couple of drinks would be over $30. But yes it was. I apologize for the length of my post!
