Ordered steak medium and was so tough you could barely cut it. Riblets had bones in every little bite. All food was cold like it had been cooked in the AM and we had it in the PM View all feedback.
The Double Crunch Bone-in Wings have the ideal texture and flavor, complemented by a generous portion of dipping sauce! The Neighborhood Nachos Beef are topped with a substantial and diverse selection of toppings! This combination is a real winner, but make sure you're hungry!
Everything was great, and I would definitely recommend this restaurant. However, the cheese dip had some sharp cheese in it, which I’m not a fan of.
I ordered a medium steak, but it was so tough that I could barely cut it. The riblets were filled with bones in every bite. Additionally, all the food was cold, as if it had been cooked in the morning and served at night.
The shrimp was rubbery and very fishy smelling, steak was tough. Brocolli was good. Was a birthday dinner. Not a good memory.
The food was lackluster, although the side dishes were beautifully presented. Unfortunately, the ribs were so dry that they were nearly inedible—I ended up eating less than half of the rack. What really made this experience worthwhile was the exceptional service. This 2-star experience was elevated to a 4-star visit thanks to our fantastic server. A great server can truly make all the difference!
