Had to wait 15 minutes for 2 cars in front of us just to get an iced coffee and senior coke. THEN when we got the coffee it tasted like water and sent it back and they acted like we was lying to them. It was the first time we have had an awful experience. View all feedback.
I say every time that this is the last time. Ordered mobile my mistake it went to inside instead of curbside. Waited forever. Had babies in car so grabbed and left. Order 1669 says plainly 1 quarter pounder deluxe no pickle or mustard. Had both but no tomato. 1 qusrter pounder deluxe no onions. Had nothing on it but cheese, pickles, mayo, ketchup. Definitely not a deluxe. This is not the first time but will be the last.
Stood at front where u pay the staff was all out back acted like no one was trying to get their attention. Won't be going back
Really love that they have Christian music playing in Sylacauga and Childersburg stores. Food was fresh and delicious.
I sat in the drive thru for SEVERAL minutes. I finally pulled out and left because it never moved.
