Stopped here for a drink and light lunch after a long walk, the food was great! Nice to sit at the front in the sun as the garden at the back didn't have much view. The staff all seemed really friendly and gave good service. Parts of the pub looked a little tired but overall it's a nice place to stop at. View all feedback.

Found the Abbots Mitre by chance, so stayed for lunch in the huge sunny garden on this beautiful day. Friendly, attentive service, excellent home-cooked food from an extensive menu, overall had a great time! Made mental note to come again, maybe on a Sunday for a local walk, followed by lunch. Highly recommended!!!

Is there such a thing as an immaculate meal? Well, today eating with my family at Abbots Mitre proved that there is such a thing. Superb hospitality, drinks, service and especially the food. I was recommended trying here and now i will pass on that recommendation. Top notch. Simply delicious.
