Above Cafe Kaldi. Cool space, particularly the balcony. Small but intersting menu for food and drinks. Good service.

We let the owner order for us and it was amazing. We shared several dishes. This place is great! Also, the Sotol was great.

I go to Chihuahua about 2 times a year, always stop at Ruiz Señor. Very private environment, good drinks and great food. Set up is magnificent. There I always find inspiration to keep writing. LCU

I had first trouble finding this restaurant and was going on in circles but decided not to give up. As it happens the restaurant is just above my new favorite café Kaldi, there is small sign and door just on the side of the cafe that leads to the restaurant and beautiful terrace just above the cafe.The interior is nicely done and lights create cozy atmosphere. The menu is exciting, something different than you usually see. I tried mushrooms baked with cheese in tomato sauce and they were very tasty, the portion was quite big so we shared it. I also tried something that looked like tacos (forgot the name, but they were recommended on appetizers menu) stuffed with white cheese like cottage cheese or ricotta, they were divine.For the main I had steak, in mustard sauce, or in blue cheese - both excellent and nicely presented. That didn't leave space in my tummy for dessert which I regret not trying!I spent only two nights in Chihuahua and I wish I was there longer to visit the restaurant and try more of their great food.Cocktails are also pretty cool served in a big jars.Service was great and quick both times I visited. I went without having a reservation and was able to get a table each time. Highly recommended!
