I saw there were mixed reviews, so we thought to give it a chance. Our family went on Thursday for dinner and it wasn't too busy, so we had no issue with service. The food was delish!! We would for sure visit this place again if we were to ever come back. There was no funny business on our check. View all feedback.

The food at this restaurant was better than average, and the service was quite good, and the live music was enjoyable, but we were surprised when we received our bill. Unlike most restaurants, the tax ("IVA") is separated out from the base price of each item and you get a combined total on your bill. But even more unusually, a tip is automatically added on to your bill...and at a hefty 20%! We went to the desk and as... View all feedback.
Case de los Milagros I want let the public what happen to me and family member when I went to have dinner. The waitress hostess sited us in the back of the bar. When there were plenty availed tables for two. We awaited 20 minutes the waiter to give us the menu and ask if we want something to drink. I told him that wanting two waters. He told us that the lemon was extra for the waters. This would be 1.00. We waited another 15 minutes for this water. Then after waiting for 15 minutes I went to hostess and told him that we been waiting for awhile for our waters. I also told him what the waiter told me about the extra charge for the lemon for our water. He stated that was not right for the waiter to charge. At point waiter came to the table, and the got in argument with me. Stating that he did not say that about the charge of the lemons for the water. He continued to argue. I told him he needed to take the order and leave and to have another waiter to serve us. It was approximately another 20 minutes before we our food and the waiter stated argue again. I told him to stop! I went t to immediately to see if I could speak to the manager and I waited. I waited 12 minutes before to speak to manager. I told and explained to the manager what happen and that r I requested another waiter to the hostess that I made my complaint and concern to the behavior and the continues badgering of this individual that his conduct was not acceptable for serving consumers. By that time I was very upset to eat my dinner and ask for check and he told me not to worry about the check. Well this was not acceptable the manager could give a voucher and have his employee ask give apologize. I never in my life been insulted and treated way this “Restaurant Hispanic Employees” get away with this demeanor and aggrieves with the consumers. This is “America “Not Mexico!

We ate at the La Casa de los Milagros because of the review in our Lonely Planet book and we weren't disappointed. The restaurant is centrally located, only a few blocks from our hotel. It is a beautiful old building and has a wonderful ambience. Food was really good as were the drinks. Certainly a place you could visit more than once.
This as being an old house it provides a rich and old fashioned atmosphere it was a great place to hang out with friends to have drinks or coffee along with dinner usually opening hours were late , in front of it there was a...big and spacious parking lot , my last visit was not good due to the quality of food, it was not bad but not the level it used to be
We really enjoyed our server who patiently and repeatedly tried to explained the prix-fixe “packages.” The food was good, but not exceptional. It was explained upfront that the gratuity is included in the package prices. The atmosphere was warm and welcoming. Given the early time...of our arrival at pm, the place was virtually empty. Because we were embarking upon the El Chepe excursion of the Copper Canyon, we were in a celebratory mood and opted for a package that ended up not representing good value from our perspective.
