The pizza was cooked to perfection and had the perfect amount of cheese and toppings. The crust was crispy and flavorful, and the sauce was delicious. The staff were all very friendly and helpful, and the atmosphere was cozy and inviting. Overall, I had a fantastic experience at Fermenta and will definitely be returning in the future. Highly recommend this spot for anyone in search of a delicious pizza!

The double buffalo mozzarella with the burrata was bland and downright flat. The staff were friendly and the atmosphere was nice, although we were crowded into the outdoor area with all the tables close together, making it difficult to communicate even on a Tuesday night (though I understand that's more convenient for the staff).
