A place that usually passes quite unnoticed but hides (unbeknownst to many) a bistro service of excellent quality, care and sometimes also refinement. The prices are more than honest and, in my opinion, should be a must for an area student. Very nice and nice owners too. View all feedback.

On the occasion of my birthday I decided to celebrate with friends offering them an aperitif in this place. The very nice owner and cook Giuseppe showed me the dishes already prepared on other occasions, demonstrating to have first of all about their customers, avoiding choices in closed box, offering a rather wide choice and listening to specific customer requests. In addition to all this, I was amazed by several details: first of all the dishes can be accompanied by different contours, depending on the season: the owner explained to me that in his bistro the frozen products are off limits. The presentation of the dishes is also curated, especially in the combination of colors. Moreover, pleasant surprise, we were also honored with a pallottina cacio and ovo not previously agreed. The courses were all very good, a berry is the homemade fig jam that accompanies the cheeses, to try. Finally very good the own production cake, extremely balanced, has intercepted exactly my tastes (a real pastry cake). All this to an extremely competitive quality/price ratio. I personally found myself very well, the courtesy of Joseph and his wife, food, tranquility, I feel to recommend this place. I'm sure that over time it will be a reference point for those looking for something delicious to eat.
Great ice cream to eat with my children. My son goes crazy for “star bread”. Recommended
My friend and I stopped by chance, for a quick aperitif on the occasion of the feast of the woman, in this place that presents itself from the outside as a ice cream bar, and that instead it pleasantly surprised us for the richness of its gastronomic proposals from little Bistrot. We were welcomed by the owner Giuseppe and Francesco the Salento with great kindness and sympathy, receiving also a bunch of mimose at our entrance. Surprising the cost of the classic aperitif, 5€ including drink, with appetizers prepared on the moment and unconventional, cheeses, and a nice “ribatta” stuffed. Excellent final sorbet at pineapple. The restaurant also offers the possibility of a rich aperitif dinner / lunch at 9€ and DIY sandwiches. An interesting discovery, with a courteous welcome and attentive service of a Calabrian cook with a thirty-year experience (and you can see), which allowed us to spend more than an hour in tranquility for what instead had to be a fast aperitif. We'll be back! Recommended
Cosy place, managed by pleasant, friendly and helpful people. Tasty sandwiches. We Araba Fenice!
