Very very good soup. Fresh. Excellent homemade broth. We will be back.

We ordered from Kingdom Place in Chicoutimi and were very disappointed with our experience. The rice was overcooked and turned into a paste, while the chicken was tough and full of nerves. We do not recommend this restaurant at all. It seems like they are not meeting the standards set by the franchisor for this franchise.

The cashier, an older woman with glasses, spoke very harshly to the young chef and the customer. My girlfriend asked for a Tom Yum soup but is allergic to carrots and sprouted beans. The cashier did not offer to replace them with other vegetables and told the chef not to add anything. My girlfriend was very uncomfortable with her soup as it was basically just broth with only a quarter of the pot filled.

The service at Thai Express is always a delight, with pleasant smiles and courtesy being provided.
