great coffee, great breakfast menu. but since the donuts now made factory and not in restaurant. they are hard and stale as the day goes on as they are frozen and then thawed. they are better off, freshly baked from a bakery. Donuts has a bakery. fred the baker rolls in his dig. View all feedback.

if I could give no stars i would! that was the worst dunkin I ever had. my father and I waited a few minutes before they took our order, then someone took our order then leaving! she didn't even give our order to the others. we waited 15/20 min before we even got our coffee. every worker stared at us and didn't even help. had a guy at last! Great coffee, great breakfast menu. But since the donuts are now factory made and not in the restaurant. They are more hard and stale as the day goes on, Since they are shipped frozen and then thawed. You are better off getting freshed baked from astore bakery. Duck Donuts ot a Bakery. Fred the Baker is rolling in his grave.
If I could give NO STARS I WOULD!! This was the worst Dunkin I ever been to. My dad and I waited a few min before they took our order, then someone took our order then left!! She didn't even give our order to the other employees. We waited for 15/20 minbefore we even got our coffee. Every employee stared at us and didn't even help. Til one guy finally did!! Terrible service!
The morning service here leaves a lot to be desired. I usually place a mobile order for coffee on my way to work, but I've had to wait over 10 minutes for my drink on three different occasions. The staff seems more preoccupied with chatting and using their phones than attending to customers waiting in the lobby. If you're looking for quicker service, I recommend ordering through the drive-thru or in person, but if possible, try to avoid this location altogether.
The staff here is incredibly friendly and efficient. They even made adjustments to a menu item to accommodate my dietary and diabetic requirements.
I waited 20 minutes in the drive-thru line with two people ahead of me just for a cup of coffee. When I finally reached the window, I noticed that the label on my coffee wasn't what I had ordered. I pointed this out, and the employee asked me to repeat my order, only to insist that it was correct. It wasn't. When I informed her again that it was wrong, she rolled her eyes and took another five minutes to remake it, but it was still incorrect. At that point, I just took the coffee and left. The service here is consistently bad, but this was the worst experience yet.
