Buffalo Wild Wings - Chicopee

First time there. It was alright. I got the lemon pepper sauce on the boneless. They weren't that great. I'm gonna give them another try maybe another sauce we'll be better.

For a foodie and an African who's used to well seasoned and spiced foods, this here was just fair for my first meal; not enough heat as I expected and a little too much salt which is not unusual for Americans. I had the Buffalo wings BTW. My American hosts though gave the meals and service a big thumbs up. It's pretty easy to locate, serene, offers a wide variety of meals, sandwiches, soups, salads and drinks. The staff are friendly and the service is great.

The restaurant inside is nice and clean and the servers are friendly but I didn't like the food, we got the spicy garlic wings and tasted like plain buffalo sauce, we also got the garlic parmesan wings and they taste like vinegar and the fries? Like you probably already read on other reviews, they were cold and rubbery, the basket had a sticker that says regular fries that tells me they're seating in a counter in the back not even under a heat lamp, for 17 dollars 6 wings and French fries you would expect fresh hot flavorful food, I didn't got any of that.

This place ALWAYS runs late, there can be only two people inside and my order will still be at least 30 minutes to an hour later after it is supposed to be ready. I ordered online from a friend's house. I figured by the time I got in my car stopped to get gas and pick up one or two things and drive the 30 minutes away, my meal would be ready... I was WRONG! Get there my order is not ready. It would only be 10 minutes more. Mind you while I was waiting for my order I watch a couple come in be seated and both served teriyaki wings. Eat there food, pay for there food, and leave before any employee says anything to me... 45 minutes later. And what do they say... They can't finish my order because they are out of teriyaki sauce.... Leaves and no one says anything to me for another 30 minutes. 20 minutes later... When I ask for a manager and my money back they do I can make other arrangements they declined. That the wings were already made. And they won't at least give me a discount for my inconvenience. Or for the fact that the food I paid for was not what I ordered. Or at least toss in a free treat. Something! Will not be going back.

These fries are the worst fries I’ve ever had!!! They are cold, old and rubbery and I don’t even know how that’s possible when I was literally in the restaurant waiting for the meal to be ready so obviously they gave me old fries. It’s just a pity I didn’t check them before taking it home. And why does the burger bun has so much oil on the top?????? This is an absolute disaster and I’d never recommend this location to nobody ever!!!!!
