I know the difference because I used to manage a KFC in New York. This is genuinely disappointing!

My husband waited 15 minutes for the food, and when we finally got it back to the hotel, we disco... read more We ordered 8 chicken littles, 3 mac and cheese, and a pot pie. My husband waited 15 minutes for the food, and when we finally got it back to the hotel, we discovered there was only one spork, just one order of mac and cheese, and all of the chicken littles consisted of just bread and stale chicken, with no sauce or pickles.

The place had only been opened for an hour and it's a Sunday at lunch. How do you not have enough chicken cooked. This isn't the first time this has happen. But it will probably be the last. If it wa isn't for my father in law who loves KFC I would never go there again.

The staff is friendly, although wait times seems to be pretty lengthy.
