The ordering and delivery process was quick and efficient. The driver was friendly and arrived promptly. The food was served hot and fresh.
The lid was loose on the gravy and it ended up spilling all over everything! Considering the price, I expected a better experience!
The chicken tenders were either overcooked or stale. They were tough and chewy.
I ordered the original recipe but received the crispy version instead. This KFC never seems to have fresh original recipe available. I know the difference because I used to manage a KFC in New York. This is genuinely disappointing!
The food was tasty and fresh. The service improved compared to my last visit. However, the floors and counters were sticky and in need of cleaning.
