I came to the red lion where I have visited a few times to meet my friend for some drinks. However was very disappointed as seems as was met by a very rude barman I was later informed that this gentleman was in charge whilst the usual owners were on holiday. Very disappointed to see this is how they leave their pub in charge View all feedback.

What a beautiful foundation. saw outside in the back garden and enjoyed a great traditional English pub with cozy corners, view over the village green and good beer. the staff was friendly and helpful.

A beautiful place for lunch and a well deserved rest after a long ride on my motorbike. A great lunch menu from light snacks to full main meals, and they serve a traditional Sunday lunch from 12 noon to 4pm. Well worth seeking out with great views out front across the village green.
