had a pretty tasty lunch, I order a speck and ei sandwich it was made with a very generous part well made speck and well made fried eggs just as I like it to add it from brot was really fresh fluffy with a fantastic thick crust, me mother decided for jacket kartoffels that came with a small salat also looked quite good, and quite cheap View all feedback.

What emi060700 dislikes about Splits:
Disgusted with this place! Went in here earlier got 2 rolls ones coffee and 2 milkshakes for £15 sat down and was told I wasn’t allowed to sit down at their tables bcos I have to pay extra???? When I came in no one asked if we were eating in or not yet we were then told we had to get out after giving them £15 for 3 drinks and 2 rolls! Really regretted going there and will certainly never be going there again! View all feedback.

I always enjoy the variety of sandwiches and sausage rolls at this restaurant for lunch. It's conveniently located near me and the staff is always friendly. I visit regularly and have never been disappointed.

Not only does Splits bakery produce the best cakes and sandwiches in the village, now that their café has reopened we have visited a number of times and can personally recommend their breakfasts, freshly prepared, delicious and great value for money. There is a varied menu in the café with specials too. The bakery offer an excellent selection of cakes, pastries and sandwiches, since trying their freshly baked bread, I haven’t bought bread from anywhere else! Always a friendly welcome from the Splits team, this traditional bakery is an absolute gem.

I am thrilled to see that the cafe has reopened. The food was excellent and freshly prepared. We thoroughly enjoyed the Splits breakfast. The restaurant was spotlessly clean. I will definitely recommend it to others.

The café has only just reopened after a 2 year break with the Covid restrictions and so on. It was a lovely little cafe in our previous experiences so decided to give it a try again and were not disappointed. During their closure, they have had the place refurbed to a high standard and feels fresh. We had a breakfast and the food quality was second to none. The staff are very friendly and attentive and we would recommend this place highly.
