Description

Mixed Grill has proven to be a polarizing dining destination. While some patrons celebrate the welcoming atmosphere and friendly service, others lament significant shortcomings. Reports of sold-out menu items, underwhelming drinks, and inconsistent service mar the experience. Guests reminisce about delicious burgers and generous portions but often highlight dismal service as a major issue. A few staff members have garnered praise for their attentiveness and charm, yet overall, the varying quality of service and food means that diners leave with mixed feelings, questioning if they would return for a second visit.

The atmosphere in this pub is lovely. Me and my family always choose this pub out of all the others in Chichester because we 9 times out of ten get a table, they have a great selection of drinks and the bar staff (Irish Conner) have always been polite and welcoming. Eaten here a couple of times and no faults found with the food. Will be returning

The Old Cross is one of the best pubs I have ever had the pleasure of visiting. The staff is friendly and always smiling, with the manager Yvonne being affectionately referred to as 'mum' by the locals. The drinks are always served cold (aside from the coffee) and the food is delicious. There is always a sporting event playing on the TV, creating a fantastic atmosphere. This pub is definitely worth a visit, and I will be becoming a regular, looking forward to seeing 'mum' on a regular basis!
