The food and coffee were excellent. The staff was very polite and even offered to help carry my tablet since I had a child with me. However, the service was a bit slow, and the social distancing measures made queuing a challenge. View all feedback.
Great for eating and clothes, but I had a frying pop in there restaurant and had a scoone with a hot chocolate drink x
Love her cookies. I have bought so many of them to Thailand

I frequently visit the Chichester branch of M S Food Hall for a variety of products, particularly appreciating their excellent selection of quality fruits and vegetables. The staff is consistently busy restocking items and provides friendly and attentive customer service. My only criticism is that the store can feel a bit cramped during busy periods. Perhaps relocating to the former House of Fraser site could alleviate that issue.
After visiting the store on Saturday, we decided to eat at the restaurant. Unfortunately, they had run out of their gluten-free sandwiches. My wife asked a staff member, Mr. Ian Brown, if any more were available. He kindly checked the kitchen and informed us that they had sold out. He then asked us to wait while he checked in the main store. He returned with some rolls and assured us he would ask the kitchen to prepare something for us. He came back with cheese rolls, which allowed my wife to enjoy her meal. Thank you, Ian, for exceeding our expectations. I wish all staff had your level of customer service. Thanks again! Ron and Barbara.
