read moreThe M&S café experience has left patrons feeling underwhelmed and frustrated, marked by long queues and inefficient service. Diners expressed disappointment over cold food, unclean tables, and a lack of attention from staff. The absence of air conditioning compounded discomfort, while staff appeared unprepared for the ongoing challenges posed by the pandemic, including inadequate mask usage and poor customer interaction. With broken machines and a general sense of disorganization, visitors are reconsidering their future dining choices, indicating that significant improvements are needed for a more pleasant and safe experience.
