Came here last week and brought a chocolate aero ice cream and they charged me a small size not the normal size. Won’t be coming here again
I waited 25 minutes for my order and went to complain and they hadn't even started making it. I am furious and will not be returning. Do not go here. Also forgot my wrap
Hankered after a KFC, nit having had one for some time. Tried the drive in and felt pressured to give the order as we drive up trying to see what dishes were on offer. The last time we had one, a sauce was included. So I was surprised to see nothing was mentioned when ordering. £20 later (for two with drink) I simply couldn’t eat mine. The chips were in a tiny bag and tasted of old oil. The chicken also tasted greasy, leaving an unpleasant aftertaste. So shocked at how much this chain has gone down hill. Seriously, go to the Pass van or the Pass restaurant in town for amazing burgers. Wish I could say something positive about the experience, but I’m struggling.
The worst customer service I have ever experienced, poor attitude kids serving. No idea at all. The standard of chicken is shocking and tries to mug customers off with a piece of chicken same size as my thumb, you always get a pathetic piece of chicken when you buy an extra piece. They replaced it when complained for a drumstick the same size, complete piss take. No wonder you hardly see a busy KFC and the likes of McDonald's and taco bell busy. Never again
Great service , clean , got the pieces of chicken we asked for, and it was lovely and fresh and not greasy absolutely perfect
