Not been in this coffee shop for sometime. Coffee and cakes ok but a member of staff who served us was at best scruffy and untidy. However, our main issue was the state of the toilets. One small cramped toilet for everyone, which was dim, dingy and very unpleasant and in need of a major facelift. Disabled customers must find the toilets very difficult to use. The coffee is decent. The staff is friendly. The place could use some attention. I adore the floor tiles.
Staff are friendly but the place is filthy. Seats don't get properly cleaned and toilets are not just dated but also dirty. When are you going to do a proper cleaning? Best to avoid.
Drinks were served in takeaway cups as the dishwasher was broken. Didn't get the order right wrong cake given, but changed after saying. Toilet could do with an air freshener of some kind. Over all little disappointed
The service at this cafe can be inconsistent, with some staff members being very friendly while others are not. This inconsistency in service quality can detract from the overall dining experience.
