Wendys - Chichester

Honestly, I would give this place 3 stars – it was the worst experience I've had, and I know that sounds odd considering my rating, but you'll understand why by the end. So, in true Wendy's style, I went in and ordered a burger, fries, a fountain soda, and a frosty, which is my favorite Saturday treat. I rushed to the cash register and asked to speak with the manager, but they told me he wasn't there. Instead, they gave me his phone number, so I called him, and the person on the line said they already knew what to do. Despite the confusion, I ended up eating my meal anyway, and it turned out to be pretty good. I would recommend it!

I walked in feeling excited, but the moment I took a sniff, it smelled awful—like giraffe pee, seriously! I placed my order, and when the cashier handed me my soda cup, I headed over to the machine. They only had Cherry Coca-Cola, so I pressed that button, but instead, milk poured out! I absolutely hate milk! But I took it anyway. Then my food came out, and I tried a fry—it was soggy, but I typically like them that way. I attempted to dip it in my Frosty, but it was as hard as a rock! The fry split in two, and I was furious. In a moment of frustration, I scooped up the Frosty and threw it into the kitchen, where it landed in the deep fryer. Oops! Next, I unwrapped my burger only to find a bite taken out of it! Ugh! So, I rushed to the cashier to speak to the manager, but they said he wasn't there and handed me his phone number. When I called, it just said, “You already know what to do.” What does that even mean? But, despite everything, I finished the food, and it was actually pretty good. So, I’d still recommend it!
