Thankfully,... read more I placed a mobile order to make things quicker at the drive-thru. When I arrived at the window, my order was sealed up, but some items were missing. Thankfully, I wasn't in too much of a rush, so I had time to check. I noticed that a salad was missing, along with the sauce for the nuggets and a spoon for the Frosty. Other than that, it was the usual Wendy's experience.

They need to either clean house and get new employees or get an experienced manager because it shouldn't take more than 30 mins to get fast food. It just seems... read more They need to either clean house and get new employees or get an experienced manager because it shouldn't take more than 30 mins to get fast food. It just seems so unorganized. Mobile, kiosk and drive thru orders were backed up. Even the security guard was passing out drinks. At one point he told people if you don't feel like waiting, you can leave lol. The food was good when I got it though
