The food and drinks are good (albeit overpriced but the owners charge a ‘3% surcharge’ on the bill. Not sure why they do that and seems scummy. So I just take that 3% off the waiter/waitress tip, you’re only screwing over your own employees ownership : View all feedback.
If you love a good southern style Fried Chicken Sandwich, The Vig is the place for you. If you love avacado toast, The Vig is the place for you If you love a good burger/turkey burger, The Vig is the place for you. If you love a good skirt steak and some pom frites on the side, The Vig is the place for you. If you love bourbon, whiskey, beer, **** marys, mimosa's or really just alcohol in general, The Vig is the place for you. If you like Pina Coladas and getting caught in the rain, The Vig probably isn't the place for you but if you like that song, then the Vig is the place for you. If you like good tunes, good food and good atmosphere.... hit the Vig. I am Groot
Great staff, amazing food, vast drink selections. I would recommend this place to anyone in the area.
Hands down my favorite go-to spot in Old Town. The ambiance is perfect, the food is delicious and the staff is extremely friendly. I've lived in the area for as long as The Vig has existed and it never disappoints.
Absolutely delicious food. Large servings. Enjoyed sitting outside. Highly recommend this place for breakfast.
We stumbled upon The VIG after leaving Zanie's. The atmosphere and food were fantastic. Music was upbeat but not too loud. The stuffed meatball was the best item perfect spicy sauce.
