Óptima was the perfect brunch location. My husband and I were cane in from Northern California and we were blown away by the wonderful and knowledgeable staff, amazing food, and great atmosphere. We’re both lovers of music, and optima was right up our alley! When back in Chicago, we’ll definitely come to dine at Optima again. View all feedback.
What User doesn't like about The Optima Chicago:
Clearly understaffed. We had to find our own menu, within a minute of us finding a menu, the waiter was asking what we wanted, which we kindly asked for a few more minutes. Never saw the waiter again, not even to order drinks. After 20+ Minutes of being ignored, we just got up and left. Unfortunately, never got the opportunity to order or eat any food, although the menu looked pretty decent. View all feedback.
My family and I were on vacation in Chicago. We wanted a great brunch without breaking the bank. The Optima was it! The food and drinks for brunch were awesome. We loved the music on the speakers, and then we also had live music. She was wonderful! I was so glad we went to The Optima!
Optima Chicago was incredible! The staff was so helpful. The sandwich I ordered was delicious and the decor was beautiful. Would recommend!
Food was average or slightly below. Patio area is great(seats are uncomfortable). Inside is cool too. Nice staff.
The menu is limited, but everything tasted pretty good. The atmosphere was fun and they have live music, but it was a bit too small of a venue for how loud the music was. Also, we had a reservation for 10 and they didn’t have a table for us, but offered outside seating on a cold night. I would go back for drinks, but I doubt I’d go back to eat here unless it’s a warm summer night and I’m ok sitting outside.
New place. Great decor. Love the music theme. Food was good. Charcuterie is a must.
