Was Anonym at The Gallery Cabaret a mag?
Hello Diane, today I had a quaint day at the Gallery Cabaret. Much yearning to be done at such a venue. I pondered profound philosophies while sipping on my damn fine Budweiser. Greatest Jack's Pizza in the Windy City. The music tonight carried a je ne sais quoi, as I went on Open Mic night. Sure are a lot of talented folks in the city of Chicago. After, I was pleasantly surprised to how close it was to the Western B... View all feedback.
What Anonym dislikes about The Gallery Cabaret:
Everything on their website and Google said they were open, and that Tuesdays were Bluesdays. I was in Chicago for work and wanted to see some live blues, and I walked 20min from dinner to get here, only to find an empty closed bar. Big disappointment. So I guess check socials before you go! Good little bar, I always like bars that are within residential areas, a rarity in this country. It makes the place feel more alive and within the community it serves. They have live music here, and the drink prices are standard
This restaurant exudes a charming neighborhood vibe that feels like something out of a good book or movie. They host live bands and open mic nights occasionally. Tucked away from the main street, it's a hidden gem that you have to seek out. Chicago, cherish these types of places as they are becoming increasingly rare.
