The Biscuit Man - Chicago

Wow! I've wanted to stay here for a while but haven't. I'm glad my tire needed a patch on the road! Only a small window/kitchen.

I bless the biscuit man often than I should; fortunately, I don't give that craving every time you're in the sidecar in The Long Room.

Stopped for a breakfast sandwich today. Sat with the classic sausage, egg and cheese biscuit. The upgraded to a bacon, cheddar, and jalapeño biscuit.

I visited this restaurant the day after its last day of business. I was so sad. I only discovered this hidden gem a few months ago, but I am grateful that I got to experience their amazing cookies. Hands down, the best cookies I have ever tasted. I hope they consider opening another location in the future. They will be missed.

I had breakfast at this hidden gem on my last day in Chicago and it was amazing! My favorite dish was the goat cheese with jam. My family ordered the chicken biscuits and were pleased with both the spicy and mild options. The bar also serves delicious coffee drinks.
