However, I ended up waiting an hour and a half without any updates or new time estima... read more I ordered food for delivery and was given an estimated time of 40 minutes. However, I ended up waiting an hour and a half without any updates or new time estimates. It would have been nice to receive a discount rather than having my order canceled, as I could have gone to pick it up myself. The customer service was terrible. This experience is definitely not what I remember from the Taco E I grew up with.

The owner seems indifferent to both the community and the quality of the food, and he didn't take criticism well. The food itself was mediocre and overpriced. There are much better options for tacos and Mexican food nearby, so I wouldn't recommend wasting your time at a place that doesn't value its employees or customers. They even charge extra for tacos with cilantro and onion instead of the usual lettuce, tomatoes, and cheese. Honestly, I expected more from a local spot than what felt like a fast-food experience.

Unfortunately, my excitement quickly faded. The food was nothing like I anticipated, and it was overpriced for the disappointing quality. I won't be returning. I’m only giving it one star because I have to in order to submit this review.
