Taco Bell - Chicago

I ordered via Grub Hub, and for the second time this location failed to prepare my order, forcing a cancellation. Pure incompetence.

I visit this Taco Bell all the time because it happens to be right next to my apartment. I can say it is without a doubt the worst Taco Bell in the entire downtown area, and I mainly attributed it to a couple of things.1. The manager at this Taco Bell is awful at dealing with her employees, I frequently see issues pop up in the middle of the dining room between the two parties. I've also visited the restaurant where she has been tweaked out of her mind before, and could barely comprehend what was going on around her.2. The food is generally not worth the price, I constantly get tacos with very little beef in them. One of my favorite Taco Bell menu items is the Mexican pizza, but this location constantly has issues making the pizza taste good, it always tastes like one of the ingredients is spoiled and it gives the entire pizza a really awful flavor. It's a 50/50 shot whether you're going to get that or not. I also often order my food with extras added onto it, such as extra beef and never actually get what I'm paying for.3. The atmosphere in this Taco Bell is terrible, several of the employees will curse a lot while they're working, and everyone in the dining room can hear it, which also kind of goes back to management being terrible. Additionally the self kiosks are always broken, and drinks are consistently out of order or have no syrup in them. Wait times can also be really bad, sometimes taking 10 plus minutes to get your food even when it's not that busy.I really do love Taco Bell's food, but enough has to be enough at some point, this particular location needs a massive overhaul from top to bottom in order to get it working right.

This location was terrible. The old lady needs to be fired. Bad customer service. Smart attitude for no reason. Not coming back

Terrible staff what's the point of have warm bodies with stanky attitudes they do not deserve to WORK. Only 1 employee that has been professional and she wears glasses and she is melanated (dark skinned like me) they keep a unprofessional demeanor and yes I come in here to enjoy some quiet time nit to be ignored waiting on my order and you decided to have meaningless conversations deliberately in front of meGet it togetha!!!! Father God does not like ugly ways

After an hour, they canceled my order without reason. And also they do not answer the phone.
