Place doesn’t open at (9:30am) as advertised on web site so I waited until 10:10, and they still weren’t ready to serve. The employees ignored me standing there and didn’t have the common decency to acknowledge my waiting. Apparently this is the norm because this is the second time this happened to me on my second attempt trying to patronize this location.

I used to get them every day until a few weeks ago when the menu was modified.The hot honey chicken plate in it's original form was great. But since the changes, it's terrible. Shame Now I have to find alternatives.

Can the person refilling the food trays not have their sleeves rolled up over the food? Literally just saw a pit hair fall into the carrots.

Here’s the thing, when you’re paying $17 on average for a salad, you don’t love to see the workers emptying out the scoopers to make sure it’s less than a full scoop for each of the toppings you choose. It’s over priced. You’re essentially paying for a couple tablespoons of vegetables.

We ordered Food, waited for it and then got sent away because international credit cards of 3 people didnt work and cash was not accepted.So we just left without food.For an international City and place inside the biggest tower quite embarrissing.
