I had a wonderful experience at this restaurant! The staff in the afternoon were incredibly kind to an elderly man. It was heartwarming to see their trust and the service was excellent!
On September 29th, 2022, I went to this restaurant that claimed to be open 24 hours, only to find it closed in a very unprofessional manner. There were no signs or indications that they were closed, giving off the impression that they simply did not care.
I am disappointed with this restaurant because they do not have an option on their app to add extra sauce to their sandwich. They also never answer their phone when I try to call. This restaurant is conveniently located near my house, and I spend a lot of money here. However, I do not feel valued as a customer when they do not take the time to make my order correctly or even acknowledge me when I call. I am considering taking my business elsewhere.
This restaurant is a great option for a quick and fresh meal. It is conveniently located near Midway airport.
I always hear that you can't use coupons on certain sandwiches at this restaurant. Additionally, they are unable to process the codes on the coupons. The man's attitude is unpleasant and it seems like he doesn't care. I will not be returning to this Subway again.
