Google indicates that they close at 10 PM, but they locked their doors at 9 PM. If their actual closing time is 9 PM, they should update their hours accordingly. However, if they are supposed to be open until 10 PM, they need to address the issue of staff refusing service before the official closing time. It was a frustrating experience.

The employee asked, "What did your mom just say?" and I found myself wondering if she really said that. To be honest, I was struggling to understand the employee due to her strong accent.

The staff here is friendly and responsive; they match your level of friendliness. A simple "hello" and asking for recommendations with a smile shows them that you see them as people, not just servers. It's important for the folks behind the counter to feel that what they say matters, which encourages them to engage with you instead of chatting among themselves. The people working here are genuinely nice. I usually come here for foot-long subs, though my choices depend on the specials and coupons available. My requests are quite simple: I go for roast beef or tuna, loaded with veggies, on toasted Italian or herb bread, topped with provolone, oil, vinegar, and oregano. It always tastes great, and the staff listens carefully to what I ask for. I’ve never had an issue with how they fill the subs. They also have personal-sized subs, but I've yet to try those. Overall, the convenient location, friendly staff, reasonable prices, and delicious food keep me coming back. If only they offered a hot pastrami on rye with onions... that would make it perfect!

One off the worst service one off the worst employee champa Patel she has issues with employee as well if my wife is working there I can't meet her if I have to go out even if I am going out off states that's how there mentality is its better they shut down I would love that

I like it here but I wish they didn’t have to heat up my soap ? I wish they had it ready to go but it’s GREAT!
