I typically visit this Subway after grocery shopping or hitting the gym. The customer service is quick, friendly, and helpful. I had a disappointing experience at this restaurant. The woman at the counter seemed uninterested in serving me when I placed my order. Even though her attitude was off-putting, I went ahead and completed my purchase. Afterward, I asked if I could use the restroom, and she told me no. Hours say closes at 8p they told me they were already closed at 730p update yout hours if you close before 8.
For the location on Ashland and Archer by the Mariano’s the girl was rude! And didn’t seem to be happy to be there. But whatever. I got the Cali club, which is now my to go to at Subway. I did ask for extra add ons didn’t seem like an options when I was told this is all that goes on the sandwich. Umm, but can I add other things and she seemed irritated. You know you can tell when food was made with pride or a happy heart, this one wasn’t. I’ll keep my location near work on Pulaski and Ogden.
I tried multiple times to order a sandwich on the appEverytime i hit the check out button, it kept saying invalid security code and or error. After trying multiple times subway app actually charged my debit card for $8.00. I went to the inside of the subway location and the 2 females their just said sorry we can't do anything about it. I will never again order from subway they are thieves. Taking the consumers money for which they work hard. Contacted subway online so far no answer.
It was delicious. This location has great service,friendly atmosphere.
