I really enjoy this Subway! The customer service is excellent, and the portions are generous. It’s definitely the best Subway in the Loop, no doubt about it!
I really enjoy Subway; it's become my go-to spot since I'm a creature of habit. I wish the ingredients felt as fresh as possible. I know I can be picky, but I noticed some ingredient mixing in the assembly line, and I don't appreciate tasting pickles when I didn’t ask for them. They could definitely improve on their neatness. That said, my sandwich was fantastic—though I might also be biased by how hungry I was!
This restaurant offers a cozy environment for dining. You can customize your sub by choosing the type of bread, meats, sauces, and additional toppings. I personally find this a bit inconvenient, but I believe the majority of people appreciate having so many options. The food is tasty, and the atmosphere is laid-back and inviting.
The service at this restaurant was very poor. They rushed customers to place their orders with only 20 minutes left before closing time and made them leave the premises. This happened on May 21st at 7:40pm.
Staff was unprofessional. Witness employee cross touching food. I do not eat pork! I asked the young lady to please change her gloves when handling my food. She then looked at her fellow employee and began to laugh and make conversation with her fellow employee. I instructed her not to put lettuce and cucumbers on my sandwich, regardless she put cucumbers on it anyway. I ask for the Monday special for $3.50 but was charged the regular price. I eventually left without they sandwich in hand. I believe their overall treatment towards me was completely wrong. I was willing to spend my money at their establishment, but I was treated unfairly. When conducting a business especially in the food industry on must pay attention to their customers and give their customers individual and undivided attention had I was giving the attention that I deserved as a paying customer. I would have had a better outcome. Fast food have took customer service to another level. Fast food does not mean you going to always your going to get your food in 15 minutes or less. Fast food means simply you did not have the time to cook or you did not prepare something ahead of time, so you are looking for something quick to snack or eat until you get home. When you invite someone into your home for a meal this question is, why would you treat them badly when you invited them in. If they choose not to eat fine. That is on them. The problem is when someone is paying for their food should they be treated with the upmost respect. There are going to be many times when people (individual's) are not going to have the time to cook at home. How impossible can it be for someone to respect the individual that is purchasing food within their establishment? Stacye C Thomas
