I aske... read more I went through the drive-thru and ordered a Venti Shaken Brown Sugar Oat Milk Espresso with blonde shots. When I received my drink, it was only 2/3 full. I asked the attendant if she could add more oat milk, but instead, another employee added more ice without my request. When I mentioned this, she seemed upset and informed me that the drink only came with a splash of oat milk. I offered to pay extra to have it made the way it is normally done at other Starbucks locations. I just wanted my drink to be made correctly, especially after spending over $20 on coffee. It was not a great experience and my drink was still not made correctly.

They have inside outside seating area which is great if you have few minutes to relax or evenwork from. Love accumulating points for free drinks or merchandise from their mobile app. Their pineapple passion refresher is amust.

Well this time, I go in... read more Yesterday morning around 11am I took my 3yo son to use the washroom. I always get my drinks here and usually the employees are friendly. Well this time, I go in with my son, and notice the bathroom door needs a pass code. I see this heavy set latinaemployee with dark hair in a pony tail, grey shirt, wearing glasses, sitting down on her break. I noticed the other employeeswere busy with customers so decided to ask her since my son was holding it for 10 minutes on the drive there (it was the closestplace I knew with a public washroom). She ignores me when I said excuse me miss? so I said miss? One more time and sheslowly turns her head looking at the floor, not even at me. I asked her to help open the door and she said, go ask them pointing at the other employees with her head. I got worried because my son was dancing needing to pee. I ask her, dont youknow the code? My son really needs to pee. She says, no! go ask them. In an irritated tone. So I desperately asked Brittney,she greated me professionally and with a smile and she ran and helped me. I give Brittney a 5 star rating for her compassion andfor willing to help her customers. I even thanked her again as we were leaving the store. As for the other girl, the manager isdoing a horrible job correcting her, based off the previews reviews I 've read. That 's bad for business. Im not sure if her namewas Norma based off other reviews I read, but if it is her, she needs disciplin or the store needs new management.

It violates the municipal code 4-4-310 ?Public Ways Maintenance? that obligates every business place to keep and maintain clean the streets around it.Unfortunately, Starbucks does not clean all the garbage in the streets. It keeps there for days. It looks nasty and reflectsthe poor interest from the company to follow the municipal code. We have to share this information to the alderman office. Isnot right these rich companies do not clean and work to maintain a clean environment !
