I have tried everything on the menu dur... read more The staff at this restaurant is fantastic and creates a welcoming atmosphere that feels like dining at a friend's house. I have tried everything on the menu during multiple visits and have not been disappointed with a single dish. I highly recommend trying the Hot Child in the City cocktail, as well as their non-alcoholic drinks such as Purple Rain and the Renter with a shot of vodka added. The linguine and clams dish is the best in the city, and the octopus salad and tomahawk are must-try items. Be sure to order a side of green bean casserole and grilled potato salad with your meal. The chips and dip, chicken nuggets, lamb tartare, and loaded baked potato gnocchi are also delicious options. I did not try the desserts as I prefer the cocktails, but others at my table raved about them. Overall, I recommend trying a bit of everything on the menu.

The "Childhood in New England" dessert was truly something unique and delightful. The service and hospitality were outstanding, and the Monday "artist" industry night was a fantastic and valuable experience. This place definitely deserves a spot at the top of your list for hot spots in Chicago!
