Shore Club - Chicago

Could not talk, music was too loud. Food was dry. Looked and tasted old. Place was dirty. Had potential, ambiance was good

Shows the worst service I have ever experienced in chicago. almost food restaurants offer a greater service standard than what is displayed in the shore club.

Before we arrive in this review, you will charge a 20% service fee. from the moment we entered, the customer service was not available. the watch together with the other two hostes was unfriendly. they did not speak and took their time to acknowledge us. they cannot eat outside or drink, even if it is a bottle of water. the waitress was the only good thing at this place, she was kind and checked for us during our visit. eating was bad, the lobster didn't taste fresh and everything was thrown together. drinks were good, but the place needs cleaning. spin weaving along the windows and tables need to be cleaned. instagram showed definitiw a different experience than the one I had. I will not be back and I do not recommend it!

The service and the ambiance are a top notch and that’s why we came. It’s our 3d time here and if you ask me, I’d say the food is a bit bland. We got lobster tacos and chicken lettuce wraps and we both needed extra seasoning. I feel like their brunch menu is better then the dinner one. The lake views, the beach vibe and the evening skyline good drinks (compliments to the bartender) ironed out the blah food impression, so we left happy.

No problems at all. Made reservations, had indoor or outdoor option. Waitress was very attentive timely. Beautiful ambiance right on the beach, with upbeat music that makes you want to stay for hours! Highly recommended
