I ordered a two-piece fish fillet, and while the exterior was beautifully golden with a satisfying crunch, the inside was undercooked and had a mushy texture. I reached out to the manager by phone, but all I received was an apology. This is my second disappointment with a seafood dish from this restaurant, and I've decided that I've had enough.
Seashell is my favorite spot for chicken, and they also have a great selection of other tasty dishes. The prices are fair, and the service is fast and efficient, ensuring a wonderful dining experience on 69th and Halsted.
